The organizational structure of Agency "Market" comprises a Field
Department, which controls the network of not-on-the-staff employees –
interviewers and supervisors working in many subjects of the Russian
Federation that enable us to reduce expenses during the first data
collection and completely control the whole process thus guaranteeing the
